Returns can only be made for unboxed and unused products.

RETURN PROCESSES

The product to be returned must be sent with the invoice. Returns of products whose invoice is not sent are not accepted.

Please send the unused product you want to return to our return address below by delivering it to the nearest Domestic and Ups Kargo office together with your invoice. You will be notified by e-mail when your product is received. If your returned product meets the return conditions, your refund will be made using the payment method you used in the order.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES
